This stunning elevated and architecturally-designed beachside holiday house with a solar heated pool and uninterrupted water views, featured on Postcards Travel Show and The Block, is perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. Extremely well presented open plan living across three split levels with the 1st level kitchen, large dining table and seating for eight guests, and a living area and large screen LCD TV with Foxtel and a Blu-ray DVD player. There is an open plan fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The 1st level also hosts the first of 3 decks with deck chairs to enjoy unbridled views of the Peninsula and breathtaking sunsets. The 2nd level opens up to a family room with large screen LCD TV with Foxtel and Blu-ray DVD player as well as access to the pool deck and pool, deck chairs and lounges for the perfect Summer getaway! The 2nd level also provides access to a larger outdoor deck with a 10 seat table, large BBQ and outdoor lounge to support an unforgettable al fresco dining experience on the east-facing deck that captures the morning sun. There are four spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests (maximum of 8 adults, with a sofa bed made available in the Master bedroom for children) in impeccable linen and veritable comfort. The stylish master bedroom adjoins a private Juliette-style balcony, ceiling fans plus spectacular coastal views. Two bathrooms and a powder room provide ample flexibility.
