Tidy single bedroom studio apartment with separate kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
Studio is a separate apartment on the ground floor of the 2 storey home, nearing completion of a major renovation upstairs
Please note the home is at the top of steep gravel driveway.
Nice quiet rural, secluded location. Rural outlook from the side of the gully with a glimpse of the sea. Just minutes from central CBD and the many attractions Port Lincoln has to offer.
Right in the edge of town where the bush meets the city.
The studio overlooks historic Happy Valley, surrounded by hills and an abundance of varied trees and plants. The trees attract a range of birdlife which can be enjoyed at many times of the day or night.
Visit the Axel Stenross Maritime Museum less than 2kms, Winters Hill Lookout 3mins drive or take a 5min stroll to the historic cemetery.
