Iluka Villa 2 is a recently renovated, ground floor one bedroom unit, that comes with a shared pool, jetty, boat ramp & BBQ for your use. Covered single carport space available and room for a boat. Relax in the grassy courtyard or enjoy the water views from the summer house (gazebo) on the peaceful, river's edge. Only a short walk to the cafe at the boat shed and ferry terminal. This unit has been recently and thoughtfully renovated, has all the creature comforts of home, supplies sheets and towels, even a coffee machine. While only one bedroom there is a futon lounge for extra guests if required. The unit boasts a brand new modern kitchen and bathroom with new fixtures and fittings.
