LJ Hooker Iluka proudly presents "Ilukaholic". This tastefully decorated modern, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home is located in 3 Charles Lane. A quiet location but only meters to the Clarence River and close to cafes, shops and the local supermarket.
The large well-appointed kitchen has a family sized fridge, double draw dishwasher, double oven and plenty of bench space. The deck just off the kitchen boasts a large outdoor area with bistro blinds allowing all weather entertaining. The property has four spacious bedrooms, two living rooms, multiple TVs and everything you could need for a relaxing holiday.
Bring the boat and park it in the secure tandem lock-up garage. Bring the bikes and explore Iluka this hidden gem away from the maddening crowds. Its only a short ride or drive to the World Heritage National Park and pristine beaches.
