Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am as this is a residential neighbourhood WELCOME to our home 25 SUMMERLAND KEY BROADBEACH WATERS Although most of our guests do the right thing, the occasional abuse means that we must make you aware of the following: • Keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and be respectful towards neighbours – remember noise travels therefore no loud music at all • For the home owners security, only guests who are booked are allowed access to the property. There is an fee if additional people are evident. This does not just mean if they sleep the night, it means even if they come for a short while. • Strictly no smoking or drugs • Follow departure Check List when vacating • Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. • You will be requested to provide photo ID prior to check in. • I am strickly no pets, if pets are present you will loose your bond Leave the property in a similar state to how you found it • I have updated a number of items in the house since the photos, therefore some furnishings have changed since the photos. • Remove your belongings prior to departure, includes food and garbage • Lock & secure the property at all times when unattended • If keys are lost a fee of eight hundred and fifty dollars will be charged A deduction may be made from bonds if the above is breached in any way. The house is great for large families or groups, singles, couples and business travelers. This is a residential neighbourhood, therefore we don't allow parties or events at the house. There is a security camera over the entrance. You will be requested to provide photo ID prior to check in.
