This is our family beach house; we have spent years enjoying the beauty of Inverloch during summer. Our children enjoyed years of sun sand beach and fun. 6 BEDROOM HOUSE UPSTAIRS-BEDROOM 1 with a queen size bed BEDROOM’S 2&3 with a double/single bunk each, fully contained kitchen, open plan living dining Reverse cycle air conditioning. DOWNSTAIRS 3 bedrooms BEDROOM 1&2 - queen size beds BEDROOM 3 - 2 single beds; also complete kitchen, bathroom and open living & dining. The house is double brick downstairs, Although not air conditioned it remains cool in the summer. We have provided fans and have 2 portable heaters. The house remains warm in winter; there are 2 good heaters that make the house toasty and warm. This house is perfect for 2 families or a large group The house is situated on a really large block of land, with lots of greenery. The walk to the beach is approximately 10-15mins or 2mins by car. 5mins to the Inverloch surf beach. 10min walk to town Clean and comfortable Pets welcome - not on beds or furniture or use of the spare blankets Passcode lock makes easy access.
