CHURCH POINT Church Point is a waterside suburb at the southern end of Pittwater in Sydney’s Northern Beaches with stunning water ways and an array of water sports, including kayaking and sailing. Transport By Water Ferry: You can catch the ferry at the Church Point Ferry Wharf and alight at Tennis Wharf on the northern side of Scotland Island, which is less than 5 minutes’ walk from the property. Please refer to the ferry timetable and itinerary for the latest information. Taxi: Pink Water Taxis is based off Church Point and is the company most used in this locality. Operation hours at night are limited and so plan and book ahead of time for night time use. Please note that there are ropes in the water at and extending out from the nor-eastern corner of the property’s pontoon (for orientation, the house and jetty face nearly north). Therefore, it is imperative that you warn the taxi driver of these ropes and insist that the taxi always approaches the pontoon from the west. Whether the taxis ties up at the northern or western face of the pontoon is at the driver’s discretion.
