There is an air Conditioned, open plan living/ dining area that opens out onto the front balcony where you can absorb the stunning views right across to Fingal Island.  Having two huge decks out the back are perfect for entertaining all year round with one being undercover and providing the perfect setting to cook up a storm on the gas BBQ or just relax and take in the gorgeous backdrop of Tomaree National Park that backs onto the property. Having the inground pool to help guests cool during those hotter months.   Built over 3 levels, there is a double lock up garage with internal access to the house on the ground floor.  Walk up 15 steps to the living/ dining/ kitchen area where FREE WIFI, Apple TV, Bluetooth speaker, cosy fireplace, split system air conditioner and DVD player are provided.  The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Victoria Espresso Coffee Machine, electric cooktop, and wall oven.  The convenience of having a powder room and a second living area fitted with a large flatscreen TV, Blu-ray Player and Foxtel makes 'Island View' perfect for a large family gathering. Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary.
