The South West region is home to a huge array of attractions with its breathtaking scenery, pristine beaches and award-winning wineries and restaurants. It is the perfect base for your next adventure down south with the iconic Caves Road just an 8-minute drive away. It will lead you to the famous Boranup forest, spectacular caves, world class surf breaks and wineries. The townhouse is sleek, modern and practical with all the comforts of home. The open plan kitchen/ living/dining space is light and bright with large glass doors that open onto your own private courtyard. There is a gas BBQ and outdoor dining area to seat 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave oven. There are gas hotplates and an electric oven. There are 2 TV’s (1 Smart), DVD player and DVDs, toys, games, books and a fully equipped laundry with a dryer. The bedrooms are generous in size and superbly comfortable. The King master bedroom with ensuite and outdoor shower is located on the ground floor, while the two upstairs bedrooms feature King beds that can be split into two singles, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. With 2 bathrooms and three toilets, this is the ideal house for small groups or two families. Jacaranda Lane has two separate living areas, across the two floors allowing everyone space to relax. You won’t need your car – keep it locked securely in our undercover parking for 2 cars with remote garage door control. No school leavers bookings please. Taxis are available if required.
