This it a home of style, space & quality which showcasing an impressive dual level layout with premium finishes with the perfect balance of privacy & family, making it well suited for couples, friends, families stays, large group up to 16 guests and corporate travellers. This is not a party house. If you are travel together with big group, Please see the house next door call "Home away from Home" Downstairs Deluxe kitchen is complemented with premium stainless steel appliances & dishwasher. This modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, sandwich press, all plates, cutlery, crockery, cups and glasses, large undercover verandah with BBQ outdoor. There are 4 single sofa beds, toilet and laundry room, no dryer. Upstairs: 4.5 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms upstairs is a Master Bedroom a Master Bedroom with two Queen beds, having its own en-suite & walk in wardrobes. Three bedroom with one queen bed each. There is also a double bed in common area and large main bathroom with separate bath and shower. Towels & linens are provided and beds are only make up enough for number of guest 1st bedroom: 1 queen bed and standing wardrobe 2nd bedroom: 1 queen beds and built in wardrobe 3rd bedroom: 1 queen beds and built in wardrobe 4th bedroom: 1 queen beds and built in wardrobe 5th bedroom: 1 queen beds, 1 double bed, En-suite bathroom and built in wardrobe This is not a party house so we don’t accept below: 1. No visitor, no extra people than number of guests booked. All bookings are required to book for number of guests come in the house. You will receive money request from us for extra guests. 2. From 9pm: No loud noise/Music, please stay inside the house with doors and windows close, no music/loud noise at the backyard, front house and front street which can upset our neighbours. Don’t book this house if you don’t sleep at night. 3.Guests are required to pay for house DAMAGES if any.

Fairfield Heights is an established, safe, friendly neighbourhood, very family oriented people and have local shops near by at the Boulevard including Woolworth. Close to Wet n Wild water park, Fairfield public Hospital, Liverpool public hospital, South West private hospital, Specialist Doctors and Warwick farm racecourse. 5 mins drive to Stockland Wetherill Park shopping centre / Canley Heights Restaurants / Cabramatta Little Saigon / Cabra-Vale Diggers club, Mounties club. 30 min drive Sydney Olympic Park Homebush / Stadium where it host many events and concerts though out the year. 45 mins drive or by train to Sydney Central Business District and numerous tourist attractions like Opera House, Botanic garden, Sydney harbour bridge, Brighton Lee Sands beach. 1 hour drive to Sydney International airport or Blue Mountain 1.5 hour to Wollongong beach. 2 hours drive to Sydney famous Hunter Valley winery region offer fine dinning with matching wines, music concerts during the year can be found by google Hunter Valley events. May and Jun are foods & wines festival months. 2hours 45 mins to Canberra capital city.
