This is an original older beach house that is steps away from the heart of Kingscliff with gorgeous ocean views perfect for families in the hub of Kingscliff. Unwind on the shaded balcony, where the soothing sea breeze and panoramic views create the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Watch in awe as whales breach the surface during migration season, providing a spectacular show right from your own private oasis. This breath-taking ocean view can be enjoyed from not only the balcony but also the living and dining area upstairs and the downstairs games room. Kingscliff Sea Breeze House is in the ideal location walking distance to the beach. Cudgen Creek and some of Kingscliff’s favourite restaurants and cafes. This home features four bedrooms to accommodate families and groups: Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Tri Bunk (1x single on top and 1x queen bed under) Bedroom 3: 1x Queen Bed Bedroom 4: 2x Single Beds The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Linen and bath towels are provided, making your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. Guest to bring their own beach towels. For those seeking a bit of friendly competition, the downstairs game area features a fantastic pool table, ping pong table and round table for poker. Gather your family and friends for an exciting evening of billiards, laughter, and camaraderie. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring or to enjoy a laid-back night in. Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round. With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge. Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm. Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration. Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
