Air-conditioning and heating in all living areas and bedrooms. Smart TVS in all bedrooms and the lounge area. An outdoor shower for ease when returning from a day out with little ones. A lovely north facing balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or evening BBQ. A fully fenced backyard with lush grass will be sure to please the kids.
