LINEN NOT PROVIDED - Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Linen can be hired - enquire with office staff. A Deposit is required at time of making booking. There is an Eight Hundred dollar refundable bond that will be added to your booking when office staff process it. This will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. Bond may increase during peak season. Koolywurtie is a modern two-storey, 5-bedroom holiday home that accommodates 12 guests, and is a short walk to the beach! Ideal place to enjoy your Yorke Peninsula break. Relax on the balcony enjoying the peace, plenty of room inside for families or groups. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning. Upstairs: Open-plan kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas cooktop, coffee maker (bring your own beans), toaster, kettle, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, pantry, and dining area. Living area with lounge, large smart TV, hall table with charging points. Spacious balcony with flat top BBQ, outdoor setting, lounge, coffee table, egg chair. Separate w/c and vanity. Main bedroom has a walk-in robe, ensuite with vanity, shower and w/c. Downstairs: Lounge area with lounge, bean bag chair, large smart TV. Four bedrooms all with built-in robes. Main bathroom with vanity, shower, bath , separate w/c. Laundry with a front-loading washing machine. Bed configuration - Upstairs - main bed 1 - king bed. Downstairs - bed 2 - queen, bed Three - tri-bunk - double on bottom, single on top, plus a trundle- children only, bed 4 - queen, bed 5 - queen Pillows and quilts are provided; you will need to bring your own linens, including pillowcases, top and bottom sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels.
