For over 10 years, Nature Stays has been developing stylish places for those who seek to get away from the usual hustle and bustle of town or city, to a more tranquil space where the pace is turned down and nature can be appreciated. We have a gorgeous house with sweeping views, in the Dandenong Ranges, 4 Nature Villas, also on Phillip Island, and of course Lakeview Island Retreat. All have their own natural appeal, with parklands and doorstep native flora and fauna being the common denominator.

Property information

This house is the perfect place to get together with other couples or family. The 2 story, modern and stylishly furnished property, can sleep up to 10 guests with the addition of our 'Glamping' set up.* The home itself sleeps 6 guests comfortably, offering 3 generous bedrooms, master upstairs and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The open plan upstairs living area includes a well appointed kitchen, dining and lounge and seperate powder room and a full ensuite and large walk in robe is accessed from the master bedroom. On the ground floor you will discover two more bedrooms with built in robes, laundry with both washing machine and clothes dryer, bathroom with seperate shower and bath, and a seperate powder room. the billiard room is also located at ground level, which opens out to the alfresco dining area and 400m2 grassed backyard. The house block is one of the largest in the area, almost double the size of most, yet provides a totally private backyard with lemon and lime trees for those who love to fish, and great yard space for those who wish to bring along their much loved, four legged friend. You can hear the frogs in the lake across from the front deck, and will witness an abundance of bird life as you relax on the upstairs lounge. Guests have the option to dine upstairs or down with 2 entertaining decks over 2 floors, and 2 family rooms including a pool room which opens up to the 20 x 20 metre grassed back yard with undercover outdoor dining and BBQ. The top deck showcases stunning sunsets. with views across the park and creek below, with small BBQ and the full kitchen with gas cooking, while the ground floor rear deck is completely private with a tree bordered, fully fenced yard, which opens up from the pool and games room. All in all a quality holiday home, which is generously appointed, stylishly furnished and decorated and constantly upgraded, with a spa and sauna already purchased and set to be added to the home later in 2025.

Neighbourhood information

Seagrove is a quiet neighborhood, housing mostly families. The creek across the road from the house serves as one of the most innovative, natural, grey water recycling system, and has been the template used for many developments since it's design and conception in 2010. There are two local parks, within 200m of the house. One has children's play equipment and BBQ areas, as well as a flying fox. THe entire area boasts an abundance of native trees, shrubs and flowers, which set the background for many who meditate, or simply take a quiet walk around the area. You will hear the frogs each evening, as you take in the gorgeous sunsets and gaze out from the top deck of the home, across the abovementioned parkland and creeks.
