Zero-tolerance noise policy after 9:00PM. Forfeiting of bond (and possible eviction without refund) will apply if management, or the police, is required to visit you due to complaints of excessive noise and/or anti-social behaviour.
Please note that all floors (including Ground Floor) require a staircase to access, we do not have an elevator on the property.
For rooms that include a cooktop: Please open the balcony/patio door when cooking. Seafood, curries, and strong-smelling foods are NOT permitted in our motel rooms to avoid residual lingering food odours. Non-compliance may result in financial responsibility for costs of rooms deemed unsaleable.
