BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: • Sleeps 21 (16 ADULTS MAXIMUM). • Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed + 2 x Bunk Beds (4 Singles). • Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed + 1 x Bunk Bed (2 Singles). • Bedroom 3: 1 x King Bed. • Bedroom 4: 1 x Trio Bunk Bed (Double + Single). • Bedroom 5: 1 x Queen Bed + 1 x Bunk Beds (2 Singles). • Bedroom 6: 1 x Bunk Bed (2 Singles). ___ PRICING: • The base rate includes 10 guests. • Extra guests thereafter incur an extra fee per person per night. • Electric car charging is AU20 per use, payable separately after booking. ___ PET FEE APPLICABLE: • AU50 per pet/night. • Please advise if you would like to bring your pet/s. • The Pet Fee charge will be added after you book. • An AU60 charge will apply for any excrement left behind. • This property is not fenced. ___ PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: • Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. • Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. • Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. • Refundable Bond: An AU1000 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. • Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe. • Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments including the bond. • Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement. • Cancellation Policy: ~ More Than 31 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations incur a non-refundable AU5.00 channel manager fee. ~ 30 Days or Less Before Arrival: Cancellations are non-refundable. ___ FIREWOOD SEASON: • 1st May - 31st October. • A starter welcome pack of firewood, firelighters, and matches is provided during firewood season for your first night. ___

9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW: • Due to the close proximity of neighbours near the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas. ___ IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY: • The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation. ___ NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY: • There is a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. ___ CCTV: • Cameras are positioned at exterior entrances for security purposes. ___ HIGHWAY NOISE: • There is a potential for highway noise. ___
