A wonderfully designed, four level townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a carport, close to the safe haven of Jimmy’s Beach and a short walk to the shops of Hawks Nest. Overlooking the parkland reserve attached to Jimmy’s beach, an afternoon swim is only a short stroll across the road or enjoy a leisurely walk to the ‘Shops’ to buy your morning paper and croissants for breakfast. Open plan kitchen and dining areas flow out onto an enclosed courtyard with access to rear parking. Outdoor dining for six and a Gas BBQ makes entertaining a breeze.
