THE PROPERTY: This stylish and super comfortable holiday home in Dunsborough is a home away from home. So close to town it is ideal for a family, couples or friends with air conditioning and tv’s in all bedrooms. Pets welcome too! It is a custom built, luxury 3 bedroom abode is opposite bushland in a super quiet location, yet only a short stroll from award-winning restaurants & unique boutiques in town. There are plenty of coffee houses if you love coffee & the stunning aqua waters of Geographe Bay are so close! THE SPACE: LJ’s Hideout is a fully-equipped house with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people max. Bedroom configurations include 1 x queen bed in the master, 1 x double bed in second bedroom and 1 x split king in the third bedroom (can be made up as a king bed or 2 singles beds on request). The living room & each bedroom is fitted with reverse cycle aircon and tv’s. A fireplace in the living is available during the winter months with some wood provided. We also have games and a basketball hoop. Bath towels, beach towels and bed linen provided. GUEST ACCESS: Guests can use the whole house. We welcome guests to share the herbs and veges in the garden as well as the essentials in the pantry. Please be kind and leave some for the next guests to enjoy. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash are also provided in both bathrooms… please indulge but leave them for future guests 😊 Thank you Anthea & Kris OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: * Strictly no schoolies * No party policy (it is a residential area so please keep noise to a minimum to respect fellow neighbours) * If you bring a pet, please clean up after your pet * If you damage and break something on the property please let us know as soon as possible Thank you
We love hosting both of our properties, it brings joy creating special places for guests to relax and explore our amazing region. We love all the wonderful things the Cape has to offer... from surfing, swimming and mountain biking... to winery lunches, bush walks and Cape to Cape trail adventures. Being able to share these experiences with a home away from home for our guests is what we are all about... and we are pet-friendly too so bring your four-legged friends!
LJ's Hideout is opposite bushland so the serenity is beautiful. A quiet neighbourhood with no thoroughfare also creates a peaceful, relaxing environment. The property is 500m to Dunsborough town with award-winning restaurants, coffee roasting companies, cafes, taverns, boutiques, galleries and Dunsborough Beach. Well known nearby beaches include Bunker Bay Beach, Meelup Beach, Castle Rock, Eagle Bay and Yallingup Beach. Kids attractions include Monkey Business, Hole 19 Indoor Golf, Dunsborough Golf Course, Yallingup Maze, Simmo's Ice Creamery & mini-golf and more
