The spacious living room contains another Sofa bed making the apartment suitable for up to 6 people. All kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided for your convenience. Unlimited WiFi along with a 75" TV will also cater for an unlikely rainy day. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers basic cooking utensils such as oil, salt, pepper, baking paper, cling wrap, paper towel etc. There is also a capsule coffee machine for even more comfort. The unit also comes with a dryer and washing machine as well as washing liquid and a vacuum cleaner if needed. The unit has a large balcony with outdoor sofa and chairs to to enjoy the views of the Brisbane River. The apartment comes with a designated parking spot on level 4 in a secure area. There is also free visitor parking, spots are limitted though. The building complex offers a heated pool and spa, sauna and gym and a free BBQ area to fully relax and enjoy stay.

The apartment is located in Queen St, just oposite the Brisbane river with ample bars and restaurants to explore. A French bakery and a bottle shop are litteraly next doors. The supermarket and Queen St shopping mall are a short 10min stroll.
