Experience coastal luxury in this beautifully styled Cowes townhouse, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms. With high-end finishes, coastal décor, and sunlight streaming throughout, it's a haven of comfort and elegance. Just a short walk to Cowes beach and vibrant eateries, this property offers the ultimate holiday setting. Step through the landscaped front garden into a spacious, light-filled lounge, flowing into a sleek white kitchen with stone benchtops, glass splashbacks, stainless steel appliances, and a filtered water tap. Enjoy meals indoors or on the inviting deck overlooking a fully secure backyard—perfect for kids and pets (outside only, by request). Ideal for two families, the home includes three Queen bedrooms and one with two sets of timber bunks. The Master and a Queen room are downstairs; upstairs features two bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with a large bath. Additional perks include a garage, free Wi-Fi, and family-friendly amenities. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure. Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card. *Online registration and payment of a bond is required for all bookings.
