The apartment is in a modern new building in South Yarra with all the security and comfort you could want. It is fully furnished with modern furniture and appliances and a fully functioning kitchen. There is a large HD TV and an 85 RMS watts Hi Fi system and sub. The city and partial ocean view from the balcony on the 8th floor is amazing both day and night. The car space is next to the elevator that leads to the room. There is a gym on the top floor. The rooftop area has a couple of hot spas and entertaining area for relaxing, with magnificent 360 degrees views.
I am married with four grown up children. I have a property where I grow various organic Fruit trees and vegetables and I also have a small vineyard where I make some red and white wine. I also have chickens for fresh eggs. I worked in the Management industry most of my life and am a qualified Commercial Pilot with an Instructor Rating. My wife and I have travelled to many countries around the world and have taken our kids with us. I enjoy travelling, reading, spending time in the garden or the vineyard and walking with my golden retriever.
The property is in in one of the best locations in Melbourne in a trendy modern area with many restaurants, bars, cinemas, nightclubs, markets and great 'Chapel street' shopping. There are trams out the front door which will take you to St Kilda beach or the city. The train is only two stops to the city. The Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne Park, Etihad Stadium are only one stop by train and is visible from the apartment balcony. The Melbourne Botanical Gardens are walking distance and the Yarra river is a short stroll from the building.
