This beautiful two story house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with a magnificent view of the Derwent River. Located only 6.8km from Hobart CBD, 5 mins drive to Wrest Point Casino, 2 mins drive to local beaches. Several fine dining restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, butcher, chemist, Banjo bakery, and lovely parks with BBQ facilities, all located within 5-10 mins drive. Bus stop is only 2 mins walk from the property, bus service is operated frequently to and from Hobart CBD.
Very quiet and respectful neighbourhood.
