The location is perfect. You have everything close by. Under the building, you have a convenience store "The Alex Pantry", fish & chips, BWS shop, an amazing French patisserie"Le Petite Souris" with divine pastries and coffees, Gelato Italian Icecream, the "Alex Hotel" pub on the other corner, and an Asian restaurant. Across the road is the Alex Surf beach- with the patrolled area diagonally opposite, at the Surf Club and the skate park area.
