Mariner Rose Bed & Breakfast is a recently renovated 1900's cottage featuring the 'Boscobel Suite', a King Guest Room with private modern ensuite and the 'Windermere Suite', a Queen Guest Room with private modern ensuite.
The 'Boscobel Suite' features an opulent king sized bed, quality linen sheets, cosy dressing gowns, roaring wood fire, elegant lounge chairs, free wifi and Netflix, bar fridge, kettle and coffee pod machine and verandah access. The stylish modern ensuite includes a walk in shower, underfloor heating, custom blackwood vanity, fluffy bath towels and Tasmanian bathroom products.
The 'Windermere Suite' features a queen sized bed, quality sheets, cosy dressing gowns, roaring wood fire, elegant lounge chairs, free wifi and Netflix, a bar fridge, kettle and access to the verandah with views of 'the Nut'. The stylish modern ensuite includes a walk in shower, underfloor heating, custom blackwood vanity, fluffy bath towels and Tasmanian bathroom products.
Our guest rooms and dining room have been lovingly decorated and feature a blend of the old and new with high vj ceilings, beautifully restored timber floorboards, classic chandeliers, charming wood fireplaces and antique furnishings.
A continental breafast is included daily or full cooked breakfast (as an optional extra, payable at property). We can also provide devonshire teas and high teas bookable via our website or by calling directly.
For those guests who choose to enjoy a daily breakfast they are served in either the guest room or dining room.
Settle down in one of our cozy chairs or on the front verandah with one of the many titles by a variety of authors of which our library boasts.
Guests are welcome to wander around and take in the fragrances of our rose gardens.

We’d be happy to point you toward some of our favorite local walking trails, nearby dining and shopping boutiques and other tourist attractions, all accessible by car or a short stroll from the house. The small village is ideal to meander through the streets, view historic houses, see ‘The Nut’ from all angles and walk the clean sands of Tatlows or Godfreys Beach perhaps even spot some local wildlife.
