A self-contained 3-room apartment with large living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with queen bed (for 2 adult guests) and bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine and dryer.
We are a married couple and have 27 years' experience of owning and operating a Bed & Breakfast business with six houses in Naracoorte SA, which we sold in 2022. Millswood Apartment is at the rear of our house property in Adelaide and has been used for guest accommodation for 5 years. Richard is a retired newsaper publisher and editor and Judy is a retired social worker.
Douglas Street is a quiet residential street and a short walk from Orphanage Park with Brown Hill Creek, tennis court, half-court basketball,sports and recreation ovals and walking tracks. Millswood Apartment is within walking distance of the train into the City of Adelaide. Tram and bus services are also available from Millswood to the city. Both Goodwood Central shopping centre and Hyde Park shops, in King William Road, are within walking distance.
