Located in the charming coastal town of Ventnor, My Island Home offers easy access to all the best attractions and activities on Phillip Island. Whether you're looking to hit the beach, explore the local wildlife, or relax and enjoy the stunning scenery, this is the perfect home base for your next adventure. This spacious haven comfortably accommodates 10 guests across its 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 pristine bathrooms. While we ensure the house offers most comforts for an idyllic stay, guests are kindly requested to bring their own linen and towels. Merely a 5-minute stroll away lies a serene and picturesque beach, inviting guests to unwind, take in the rhythmic cadence of the waves, or simply indulge in a sunset walk. For the safety and security of our guests, please be advised that CCTV cameras are installed outside of the property. We respect your privacy and ensure the inside of the home. The system is only monitored in the event of any concerns or issues This lovely home offers: Has laundry with washing machine only Garage Fans in every bedroom Pool table Backyard Portacot and high chair Open plan kitchen, living and dining area Smart TV Dishwasher Delonghi pod coffee machine Fridge - with filtered water DVD Player Pet friendly Beautiful, quiet beach only 5 minutes walk away. HEATING/COOLING Ducted heating and cooling in the roof There is a security camera that is located at the front of the home facing the driveway and front yard. Guest access This home sleeps 10 guests across 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - 1x Tri-bunk bed & 1x Single bed (4 guests) Bedroom 2 - 1x Tri-bunk bed & 1x Single bed (4 guests) Bedroom 3 - 1x King size bed with ensuite (2 guests) What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Linen and / or towels can be hired. Please contact Ready Set Stay for further information and pricing. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or fees will be charged.
