The fine print
Please note that this apartment is privately owned and is not associated with the onsite building managers/reception.
Guests will complete a remote sign-in once booked. Link will be forwarded after booking. We do not have an office at the resort, you will collect your keys from our shop at 38 Cavill Avenue. Once your sign-in is completed, we can then send your check-in code on arrival day. Sign-in is similar to what is done over the counter on arrival day yet in a secure encrypted environment.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 07:00:00.
It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.
A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
