Situated at Town Beach - ideal for swimming, surfing and pottering in the rock pools. When you've had enough sun, sand and surf you can enjoy a picnic under the shady trees in the park opposite or keep the children occupied on the play equipment in the park whilst everywhere you look is an ocean view.
Set among some of Port Macquarie's finest cafes and restaurants. This unit enjoys an easterly balcony with ocean views, undercover parking and internal laundry.
Unit 7 is a 3rd floor unit (no lift) and is fully tiled for your easy care holiday.
Accommodates up to 4 with a double bed in the main bedroom and 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom. Linen is not provided - linen hire can be arranged.
There is no smoking in the unit or on the common grounds.
