Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of tri bunks. The perfect space for kids. * Open plan living space features large TV, comfortable lounges and Wifi * Kitchen with electric cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave * Multiple balcony's; BBQ, outdoor dining, shared ingroud swimming pool at the rear of the complex * Ducted air-conditioning throughout and floorboards in living are and carpeted bedrooms * Onsite parking for 1 car along with street parking. No parking in visitor's car spaces * Main bathroom with separate bath and shower and toilet; Ensuite with shower and toilet * Internal laundry with washing machine only * This property is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. All linen, towels and bed making included for all guests. STRICTLY NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed. Strictly no smoking.
