This one of two boutique townhouses is nestled within walking distance to picturesque Cowes Village. Enjoy coastal living in this stylish Cowes townhouse, featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms with high-end finishes and a sun-drenched interior. Just a short walk to the beach and vibrant town centre, you'll have easy access to Cowes' best bars, restaurants, and cafés. Step inside to find a welcoming front garden and bright entrance leading to a spacious lounge and a crisp white kitchen with stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances, glass splashbacks, and filtered water tap. The kitchen flows into the dining area and out onto the deck—ideal for alfresco evenings. Perfect for families, the home includes two queen bedrooms (one with ensuite) and a third bedroom with two sets of bunks for the kids. A luxurious main bathroom upstairs features a large bath and elegant finishes. Outside, enjoy a fully secure backyard for relaxation or play. Pets welcome (outside only, by request), plus ample space for your boat. Garage available for guest use. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure. Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card. *Online registration and payment of a bond is required for all bookings. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.*
