Executive Holiday Home only 15 mins walk to the famous Birubi Beach This brand new duplex is located in Anna Bay and only a 15 minute walk to the famous Birubi Beach and Stockton Sand Dunes. Quality finishes, ducted air conditioning, multiple living areas, outdoor entertaining and BBQ it is the Perfect holiday escape. Your breath will be taken away the moment you walk into this magnificent property! From the luxurious over sized front door to the huge open plan kitchen, living and dining room leading out to the undercover entertaining area with lounges, dining table and BBQ. Upstairs you will find another lounge area (perfect for the kids) the master bedroom with walk-in robe, ensuite and your own private parents balcony to soak up the ocean breezes, the main bathroom and another bedroom. With king size quality beds, all linen provided and lots of little extras, you will want to stay in Pacific Paradise No.28 forever!
