Property information

This amazing 3 bedroom apartment is unique with expansive views across to Magnetic island, across the road to the new stadium, central CBD and right on Ross River, up on the 9th floor. An incredible upstairs, private deck the size of the whole apartment awaits. Three bedrooms, two with queens size beds, the third with 2 x king single beds. Of course, 2 bathrooms, big screen TV, free wi fi, full kitchen and laundry. Pool, gym and sauna on the property, plus 2 carparks located in our secure parking and right next to the lift to the apartment. Central to everything Townsville, V8 track, stadium, Cinemas, shopping, supermarket, restaurants and bars. An office area with desk and plug in area can keep your workspace separate to the rest of the apartment. A memorable stay

Neighbourhood information

On the riverfront, it's walking distance to the stadium, V8 track, Cinemas, Woolworths, chemist and bottle shop. City Lane with it's range of restaurants and bars. Cowboys League club is just around the corner, McDonalds as well. Walking paths directly over to Palmer Street, south Townsville restaurants. It's peaceful sitting atop Mint Apartments. Easy access to Sealink to get you to Magnetic Island and The Strand
