The level of detail throughout and finishing touches make this 5th floor apartment very special. Some of the Inclusions are: • 2 bedrooms both with ceiling fans - main bedroom has king bed and is airconditioned • Second bedroom - 2 long single beds (can be made into a king) plus a single folding bed • Plenty of wardrobe space in both bedrooms • 1.5 bathrooms with heated towel rails and a separate 2nd toilet • Fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances • Nespresso coffee machine & pods • Airconditioning units in living and bedroom 1 (bedrooms 1&2 have ceiling fans) • Level access from main foyer with lift • Lock up garage (stairs to entrance foyer from garage) 1.8m restriction. • Maximum size vehicle is a medium sized 4WD (reversing in). Neighbourhood information

This beachfront apartment is a level 1km walk from Manly Corso. There are restaurants and cafes along North Steyne and more on Pittwater Road if you don't want to venture into the centre. Harris Farm Markets are a short walk away where you can find groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables, a butcher and fresh seafood market. There are 2 Coles Supermarkets on The Corso in Manly. If you don't feel like walking, there are buses along the beachfront. Walk to the famous Manly Ferry and take one of the best cruises across the harbour for the price of a commuter ticket!
