Large family home only a short walk to the Club, Iluka Bay, Cafes and the. LJ Hooker Iluka proudly presents "Rainforest Retreat". A well-equipped holiday home in a beautiful, central, yet very peaceful location. Short stroll to Iluka Bay for a swim, or enjoy an evening sunset over the water. Take a morning walk through Iluka's World Heritage Rainforest via main entrance which is just around the corner. Sedgers Hotel, Bowls Club, cafes, shops and monthly Sunday market are also all within a short walking distance. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has all the comforts of home, offering spacious bedrooms, open plan kitchen/dining, remote double garage with internal access, expansive, private under cover patio/BBQ area and a handy chest freezer for all the ones that didn't get away. No linen supplied – BYO Sheets, Pillow cases and Towels (All blankets, doonas and pillows are supplied) Pets Allowed * Please note: Although this is a pet friendly property pets are not allowed inside the premises.
