With entry via the large front deck, downstairs holds two distinct living spaces. The first is a formal living room with gorgeous bay window seating, views to the front garden and a TV, whilst to the rear a sun-filled, relaxed chill out zone is equally suited to a morning cuppa in the sun or a movie night with the blinds down in the evening. French doors open onto a rear deck whilst a laundry houses a washing machine and dryer. Three of the four bedrooms also occupy the downstairs level, the first with a queen size bed, the second with two king singles or a king and the third one has a single bed. Each bedroom houses cupboard storage, blinds and views to the surrounding greenery. A stylish downstairs family bathroom has a bath, separate shower and toilet. Upstairs, a generous master suite has a king size bed, walk-in storage and easy access to the upstairs bathroom. An immaculate kitchen - with timber benchtops, premium appliances, dishwasher and a large fridge - sits in an open plan sitting and dining area commanding exceptional views out over the bay.
