You can easily imagine you are in the Tropics (But with beautiful Sydney weather) and yet from door to door you can be in Sydney CBD in under an hour,,,,,,,,,,,,, This house has been my dream for the last 4 years and managed to accuire it only this year . Bar Point is located in the Popran nature reserve. Many houses are occupied by full time residents. Due to the water, no cars and any commercial activity, the place is extremely quiet and peaceful, so much so that if you are quite you will hear the fish jumping in the water and the tides lapping on the shore from the balcony of the house .Noise seems to carry very easily in this area and hence we ask our guest to keep it low after 10PM. The house has two one man kayaks incliuded in the rent. A boat is availble at the house for guest only for a nominal fee. Hire boats are also available at brooklyn or can be arranged to be delivered at the house Hawkesbury train station is just off the warf in Brooklyn... Great for picking up guests
