Travelling and experiencing different cultures and architecture is a passion. Trained as an architect, I love creating comfortable, inviting spaces for guests to relax in. We have just recently upgraded 4 of our apartments at Rose Court to create a unique, memorable experience for our guests. Hobart Rose Court Apartments are situated in the New Town area of Hobart. The “Astera”, is a ground floor luxury apartment located minutes from Hobart CBD and walking distance to the famous North Hobart restaurant district. The property is 2 km from the central district of Hobart/ historic Salamanca precinct and has views of the Domain reserve where the Royal Botanical Gardens of Hobart are located. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area with 2 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry and a separate toilet/washroom. Netflix is supplied complimentary on flat screen TV and free wi-fi is provided. Keyless entry makes entering the apartment easy. Hobart International Airport is a 18 kilometres drive. The apartments are close to the Hobart Hockey Centre, Hobart Aquatic Centre and the North Hobart oval. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and is perfect for a weekend away or a longer stay and ideal for couples, families or small groups wanting to be close to the action. Larger groups can be accommodated if more than one apartment is booked. This apartment is modernly designed and styled with guest comfort and luxury in mind.

Considered the most central suburb in Hobart, New Town is perfectly positioned to be conveniently located for travel to the world renowned museum MONA in the north and Bruny Island in the south. The apartment is within walking distance to the Hobart CBD and historic Salamanca and waterfront. There is an awesome Supermarket/grocer called Hill St Store only a few minutes’ walk away. Buses are the only form of public transport in Hobart. Taxis and Uber services are also readily available.
