We have 2 onsite parks with a playground and a large BBQ area,
. Stoll across the road to a great beach and the pier along the boardwalk
. Early Checkins/ Late checkouts available on request (and if available)
. Across the road from the one of the best and safest beaches on the Peninsula.
. Walk to the shops and Pier.
. Located between McCrae and Rosebud.
. This is NOT a PARTY HOUSE and you will be asked to leave. 11pm curfew.
. No Schoolies Please. Our site is family friendly.
Easy access to the Portsea/Frankston bus.
. Bring a bike for a ride along the Bay Trail to Portsea

If you are looking for a holiday where you can walk across the road to the beach, the kids can play in our onsite park whilst you enjoy a BBQ.
Walk to the 450 meters to the shops, 700 meters to the Pier, take a walk along the boardwalk, or access the Portsea bus service to Sorrento and Portsea and leave the car at home.
Alternatively take a short drive to one of the many golf courses. Rosebud Beach units has it all
Our family has grown up enjoying all Rosebud and the Peninsula has to offer and now its your turn.
200 meters to the beach located across the road. Easy access to the whole peninsula.
The units are very quiet with a family orientation and retired people.
