Welcome to Ruby Apartment, located in the heart of the Gold Coast. Our apartments offer modern, comfortable accommodation perfect for both short and long stays. Please note that we operate under an off-site management model. This means our team is not based within the building. If you need any assistance during your stay, please feel free to contact our online customer service or give us a call — we’re always here to help! ✨Important Information: The key collection is not in the building itself. Guests are required to collect the keys from a different location, approximately 500 metres walking distance from the apartment building. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process. Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. We look forward to hosting you!
