With easy access to the front and back beaches, coupled with the shops, eateries and golf courses, this spacious residence has something for everyone. Feelings of openness and being surrounded by greenery will become part of your stay from this immaculate home.
Outdoor living will be an absolute pleasure and with heated pool, the front veranda, top floor balconies, outdoor gazebos and multiple decks.... you are simply spoilt for choice
Inside, the kitchen is an entertainers dream - Miele appliances and double fridge and freezers. Our expansive lounge room is warmed in winter by the cosy gas log fire and bathed in natural light all year round or retreat to second lounge or rumpus room with gas log fire, full size billiards table.

our property is so close to all that Rye has to offer that walking to all the cafes and restaurants are only minutes away. If you dont want the hassle of trying to park at the beach on a hot day that you can simply walk there in 15-20 minutes.
Rye not only offers beautiful beaches both bayside and open ocean, but also sits amongst some of the best attractions on the Mornington Peninsula. Peninsula Hot Springs being the most famous of all is situated only a few klms from our property and ranks as one of the most visited tourist spots in Victoria rated highly in the top 10 "must do lists in Victoria ".
Added to this is the famous gold courses and wine regions close by and all its fresh produce to compliment.
