Where will I be? Scarborough is in the best location in Hyams Beach. It is on the waterfront, with private beach access from the garden. Spend the evening listening to the waves, and wake each morning to an incredible sunrise over Jervis Bay. Enjoy a gentle stroll along the beach and visit the famous Hyams Beach Cafe which is only 2 doors along Cyrus Street. How is the property laid out? Scarborough is on one level. You enter via an enclosed courtyard and a hallway. The large master bedroom has an en-suite and the twin bedroom (2 x singles) and third queen bedroom share two additional bathrooms. The home has a lovely, large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with desk space and tv nook. There is also an internal laundry and a fantastic covered timber deck with the best views in Hyams Beach!

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
