Relax next to a roaring open fire in a lounge featuring large picture windows overlooking five fairways of beautiful Blackheath Golf Course. This spacious 1950's family home has 3 bedrooms with 6 Single beds in total and one bedroom with a Queen bed. Scarletts is situated just over 150 metres from the club house, restaurant and bar. Ultilise the sauna located in the en-suite or simply chat with friends or family in the dining room which also looks over the golf course

- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date.

- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

- Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure.

- Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe.

- Transaction Fee: All payments are subject to a non-refundable 2.9% transaction fee.

- Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.

- Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.

- COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.

- Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.
