We warmly invite you to our home with 3 bedrooms (2 Queen beds and 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with cook top, fridge and microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning, Wi Fi, fully equipped laundry, downstairs area with a ping pong table and TV. Futon couch for an extra large single bed. The property has a lovely back yard which is fully fenced. It is also a great starting point to explore the stunning Peninsula, unwind at the famous Hot Springs, enjoy all the local wineries, cafes, restaurants bars and parks. The Martha Cove boat ramp and the Safety Beach boat ramps are both located close by. Bring your runners and bike and follow the foreshore path all the way to Rye or walk along the boardwalk to the beach or to Martha’s Table, a brand new cafe, restaurant, grocer and cellar. Bust best of all enjoy the stunning views of the Port Phillip Bay and Arthurs Seat as the sunsets. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCEPT SCHOOLIES.
My family have been fortunate enough to grow up on the Mornington Peninsula, so I would enjoy helping you plan a beautiful coastal holiday. My family enjoy fishing, cycling, diving, surfing, paragliding and hiking. I would love to help you with advice on the best restaurants, cafes and bars and share local information with you even advice as to the best place to get fish and chips.
With the ocean on one side and Port Phillip Bay on the other, this thin strip of prime real estate offers visitors the best of everything. Rugged coastal vistas, quiet coves lined with pretty wooden bathing boxes, charming seaside villages and family-friendly parks and gardens are some of the region's many tourist attractions. A car is the best way to explore the region, but once you're here, you'll find plenty of other ways to get around, from hiking and biking to boat trips and horseback rides. Other popular things to do include swimming with dolphins, fishing, golfing, and soaking in Mornington Peninsula hot springs. No wonder this picturesque region is one of the most popular weekend getaways from Melbourne. Cape Schanck also has some scenic hiking trails, including one to Pebble Beach, with views of the lighthouse. After this you can return to Sea Renity and watch the sunset set over Port Phillip Bay with a glass of wine and relax.
