In the heart of Old Lonsdale, Seapoint provides a sympathetic nod to the mid-century beach house vibe. Lovingly updated to provide a comfortable and super convenient location with a short stroll to both Point Lonsdale front beach and shops, and equally to the surf beach and new Slsc surf club, at the end of the street. The new Lonsdale Links golf course is very conveniently located nearby at the end of Kirk Road. Features include: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 7 guests, Wifi, smart TV, split system heating and cooling, gas fireplace, full kitchen with dishwasher, laundry facilities, BBQ, and pet friendly. Please note: Linen and towels are not provided but can be hired for an additional fee.
