Balcolyn is a quiet lakeside suburb. The home is just a short walk or drive to Shingle Splitters reserve. The waterfront reserve has a playground, BBQ, and picnic facilities and is great for swimming for children or water activities. There is also a boat ramp located at the end of the street so it is the perfect spot for water lovers! There is a shopping center located at Bonnells Bay just a short drive where there is a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and more. Morisset town centre is a 10-minute drive away and has a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Public transport is available but limited so we recommend bringing a car You will receive an SMS before your arrival with information on directions to your property and any other special information you may require during your stay.
