The apartment is set up for Couples wanting to get away and relax. You can either chill out on the balcony taking in the amazing views or relax around the pool. You can also use the apartment as a base and get out and about and explore the amazing Port Stephens area. The Owners live on-site totally separate downstairs and are happy to interact or lay low to give you complete privacy.
Shed is a renovated 1950's house. Mitch and Jodi spent 7 years creating somewhere that felt relaxed with references to Australia and its environment. Corrugated iron, cacti reminiscent of the Aussie bush and sandstone reflect the coastline.
As empty nesters the property was feeling too big for the 2 of us so we decided to share our slice of heaven and create Shed. We hope you enjoy waking up to the view and the salty breezes as much as we do.
Hi there, we are your hosts Mitch, Jodi and the friendly Bassett Hound ‘Snoop’.
We have lived in the Nelson Bay area our whole lives and have a wealth of local knowledge that we are happy to share with our guests here at Shed. Mitch spends his days running his own business in excavation and when he’s not working he is surfing. Jodi owns a collective salon in Nelson Bay, is a mindset coach and loves getting out on the water and enjoying the nature. We live on the lower level so will be around if you need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out. We hope you enjoy your stay at Shed.
Activities to do around our local area:
