Master bedroom has a King bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has a tri bunk (double bed and single bed). * Open, sun-drenched living area with comfortable lounges, smart TV and Wifi * Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave and Aldi coffee machine * Maintained gardens, fully fenced courtyard, gas BBQ, outdoor setting for 6, * Ducted air con throughout, pedestal fans, dining area seats 6 * Less than a 5-minute drive to neighbouring towns; Umina Beach and Woy Woy * Main bathroom with shower, modern fittings.
