Upstairs and downstairs have only external access by stairs on the side of the house, creating 2 private places for your enjoyment.
On booking you will receive our digital house manual and will be able to access the property's short-term rental agreement. By attending the property you agree to this agreement.
This property is on a private road adjacent to the main road that runs along the coast so there is some road noise during the day.
Once booked, we ask the guest to thoroughly read the house rules as well as through the house manual, and check-in and check-out procedures to be well familiarised with the property.
On booking we'd like to know a little bit about you, when enquiring about availability please ensure you have completed your ID Verification, have a profile photo, and some information about yourself and the purpose of your stay. On booking, you will need to supply a photo ID verification as well as a selfie photo.
The cancellation policy is strict and once you book you agree to it - we encourage all guests to seek travel insurance to protect themselves.
There is a 2.9% charge when guests pay with credit cards.
