Quirky house located on South Beach with ocean views and nestled amongst the South Freo charm. The house features an open-living kitchen / dining / lounge area, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (2 toilets), with jarrah timber flooring throughout. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry have recently been renovated, giving the house an even more modern touch. Equipped with all the comforts you’d expect in a home such as reverse cycle air-conditioning, dishwasher, washer, dryer, wardrobes, tv/sound system. Furniture and appliances are all new and modern. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets and all services. This is the perfect location if you want to be just outside the city centre, but still within arms reach of all the action. Plenty of parking available on the property.
The home is on South Beach, and right next to the South Terrace strip. The beach, restaurants, pubs, brewery, cafes and specialty shops are a short walking distance: - 200 metres to the beach - 200 metres to the bus stop to Fremantle - 500 metres to supermarkets, bottle shops, pharmacies and - 50 metres to the South Terrace strip (pubs, brewery, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, specialty shops) - 1.5 km to Fremantle city centre - 2km to Fremantle Harbour
