I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a fee. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair). Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

BEDROOM: The main bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The first bathroom has a shower and toilet while the second bathroom has a shower-bath, and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50" Samsung smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. The TV has access to local channels as well. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The residential garage provides parking space for one car. Additionally, Giles Street offers 2-hour free street parking. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's nearby park throughout your stay.
